Refund policy

At New Classic Collection PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our Boxer shorts due to hygienic issues, please read the following policy carefully.

No Return & Refund policy, Exchanges of Worn, Tried, Used or Washed Items Boxer shorts that have been worn, tried on, used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. As these are undergarments, we strictly enforce this policy due to hygiene reasons and the health & safety of our all customers are important first.

Eligible for Exchange only Items may only be eligible for exchange if they are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • You'll return to us by any Courier service and pay charges yourself 
  • In their original packaging with all tags and original slip intact
  • Reported within 8 hours of delivery, after time passed we don't entertain
  • If found Used, Washed, Tried or Worn our Team will return as it is on your address

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery at newclassiccollectionpk@gmail.com or 0300-4983842 with photos & videos of the issue after time passed we don't entertain.

Final Decision All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
